Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are applicable for the Smile Starter package if requested within 14 days of purchase and no services have been rendered.
The Radiant Growth and Premier Smile packages are non-refundable after purchase.


Partial Refunds:

No partial refunds will be issued for Radiant Growth and Premier Smile packages, as these are non-refundable.
Process for Requesting a Refund:

Clients must submit a refund request to billing@dentalbrando.com for the Smile Starter package within the specified timeframe.


Service Cancellation:

Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time; however, cancellations after the billing period are non-refundable.

Dental Brando is committed to resolving disputes amicably. Clients should contact support directly for assistance.
